## What happened

PVM execution error: \{message}.

This is the receipt's `what` template: the SDK exception `cowboy_sdk.errors.JobFailed` supplies the message, and the receipt's `why` and `fix` come from that exception's class attributes. Placeholders in braces are filled from the failing transaction.

## Why it happened

The node rejected the operation with `E1621` (category `runner`, Runner / Consensus). The receipt's `why` field carries the specific cause and `context` carries structured details, such as the values that filled the placeholders above.

The normative rule is in CIP-45.

## How to fix

The awaited job terminated without a runner result. Read the exception's `reason`, then retry the job later or relax its runner requirements.
