# E1735 — Library not found

| Property | Value |
| - | - |
| **Code** | `1735` |
| **Slug** | `E1735` |
| **Category** | `runtime` (Runtime) |
| **CIP** | CIP-26 R8 |

## What happened

Library not found: publisher=\{publisher}, name=\{...}.

This is the receipt's `what` text, produced by the node's `ExecutionError::LibraryNotFound`. Placeholders in braces are filled from the failing transaction.

## Why it happened

The node rejected the operation with `E1735` (category `runtime`, Runtime). The receipt's `why` field carries the specific cause and `context` carries structured details, such as the values that filled the placeholders above.

The normative rule is in CIP-26 R8.

## How to fix

Check the (publisher, name) pair — no library is registered there to remove; look for a typo or a prior removal.

## Receipt example

```json theme={null}
{
  "code": 1735,
  "slug": "E1735",
  "category": "runtime",
  "what": "library not found: publisher={publisher}, name={...}",
  "fix": "Check the (publisher, name) pair — no library is registered there to remove; look for a typo or a prior removal.",
